How do I initiate a return or exchange?
To return merchandise, please email info@letsballforever.com with your order number and reason for return. You will then receive the refund once the merchandise has been returned and inspected and if all criteria are met.
Are there any restrictions on returning or exchanging items?
Returned merchandise must be free from wear, stains, odor, or any condition that would prevent the item from being sold as new. Items must have the original tags and packaging.

Are the colors of the products accurate in the photos?
Yes. We don't color-grade our photos to make sure the colors of the products are as accurate as possible.
