RETURNS

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, in original condition and packaging, with tags attached.

To start a return, email us at info@letsballforever.com. Once approved, we’ll send a return label and instructions. Returns without prior approval won’t be accepted.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

Check your order upon arrival. If it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect—reach out immediately so we can make it right.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are always free. Email us with your request, and we’ll send you a prepaid return label. As soon as we receive your item, we’ll ship out the new size or item.

REFUNDS

You’ll be notified once your return is inspected. If approved, refunds are processed within 3 business days to your original payment method.
